Studio Realty Group is a small group of highly talented designers, builders & real estate brokers with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds who share a singular, binding value that directs everything they do: build homes they are proud of. They focus their property development, interior design, and renovation work on the Chicagoland area, having reimagined, rebuilt, and sold dozens of homes in their many years in business. Their design style is modern, sleek, and functional—and they never cut corners when it comes to building.
The Challenge
Studio Realty Group’s vision for their new website was one that matched their elegant design style, using sleek-and-subtle fading animations, a healthy use of whitespace, and stuck to the essence of their well-established brand guidelines. They wanted to show off their values, mission, and quality of property design & development work all while directing users to their call-to-actions, to generate more contact inquiries from local, interested homebuyers. The challenging part of this project was to blend the upscale nature of a portfolio website with the need to optimize the website for conversions.

Our interaction and web design team worked closely with the Studio Realty Group founders and marketing team—and even conducted several live designs sessions and client review meetings on-site. They laid out their needs and we quickly, and carefully, delivered their ideal sitemap, with wireframes built out for each of their core pages and portfolio projects. Once we had the website UI design structure in place, we worked within their established brand guide to design a high-fidelity homepage that matched the luxurious, modern aesthetic of the home interiors they design and build. After a few design revisions, our development team realized the website through a custom WordPress theme and highly performant codebase. We added subtle loading and scrolling animations to give their website the fit-and-finish that emphasized the elegance of the whole experience.
Since launching their website, Studio Realty Group has seen their online lead-generation numbers skyrocket. Their audience is now fully engaged with the content on their website, with a time-on-site consistently hovering close to 3 minutes, on average.
